Especially in the removal of carbonates in water treatment, It has a strong ability to ingest alkaline earth metals in a short contact time.
During the treatment, the carbonate in the feed is converted into carbon dioxide, which will make the treated water have a good taste while reducing the hardness, and the pH value is also reduced. It greatly reduces the possibility of scumming and scale in the process of cooking water, food and beverages.
This product can also be used to selectively recover transition metals in aqueous solutions. D1100FG has excellent selectivity for heavy metal ions and has been used in many instances to replace chelating resins, especially for the removal of traces of toxic metal ions from water.
