SY-901 defluorination resin is a polymer that introduces active rare earth element groups onto the styrene divinylbenzene framework and undergoes surface oxidation heat treatment.

It is also a type of chelating resin.

The unique structure of SY-901 defluorination resin helps to form stable complexes with fluoride ions in water, reducing the fluoride ion content in water from tens or hundreds of ppm to below 1ppm (1mg/L).

SY-901 is suitable for treating slightly acidic fluoride containing wastewater. When the pH value is 3-4, the adsorption capacity reaches its maximum, reaching 3.2mg/g. With the increase of pH, the treatment capacity decreases significantly. After experimental testing, the adsorption capacity for fluoride is 20g/L at pH=3.4.

At present, SY-901 defluorination resin has been widely used in mine water, deep well water, photovoltaic, coal chemical industry, drinking water, etc.
